A seated massage done with or without oils depending on your requirements. The massage is performed directly on skin. A towel wrap is provided for you to wear. The massage incorporates back, neck, head, shoulders, arms and hands as well as scalp and face. It also incorporates chakra balancing giving a fully rounded holistic experience. |

Aromatherapy is the art and science of using aromatic essential oils to induce healing in the body. It includes body treatments as well as oil burners, inhalations, skin products and compresses. The treatment provided here is an aromatherapy blend applied through body massage. Essential oils are derived by steam distillation from plants, flowers and tree sources. |

Facial Rejuvination is a wonderful holistic way to approach to cheating the aging process! The treatment is a combination of Acupressure points and massage around the face, neck and shoulder area. Is a wonderful way to approach cheating the aging process a little! Oil may be used to enhance the treatment as the client desires. The treatment is performed with the client lying down with a wrap-around towel on the upper body. |

Sports massage is the use of specialised massage movements to treat diagnosed injuries caused through sport, repetitive strain or accident or stiffness after exercise etc. The movements work on the muscle surrounding the area to help prevent scarring, reduce pain and restore mobility. General sports massage treatments are available for those who partake in sporting activities regularly. It may be done before or after an event to help with preparation or wind down. Regular sports massages can also help prevent injury by keeping muscles in optimum condition. |

The holistic body massage approach incorporates Swedish body massage with a holistic lifestyle assessment. The assessment looks at lifestyle, diet and stresses. As well as receiving an individually tailored massage, you will also receive specific home care advice with regards to simple changes to make in your diet, lifestyle and exercise regime to help both eliminate stress and toxins and to keep your muscles and body stress free. The massage is performed directly on skin with a vegetable oil. Only the body part being worked on is exposed at any given time so the client’s modesty is maintained at all times. |

Hopi ear candling is a centuries old method of enhancing the state of ear, nose, sinus and throat conditions. It is a gentle non – invasive, relaxing treatment. The treatment is performed with the client lying on their side. The end of the candle is placed gently in to the ear opening and the therapist lights the top and holds it safely in place through the treatment. No ash is produced and the flame is put out in cold water well before it comes close to the head area. The process is repeated on the other ear and the treatment is followed by a lymph draining and relaxing facial massage. |

Reiki (Pronounced Ray-Ki) is an ancient method of natural healing. It is a non-invasive hands-on technique which balances physical and emotional bodies, delivered over your clothing. It is believed to have been first used by Tibetan Buddhist monks but was rediscovered in the 19th century. Reiki addresses you as a whole – physical, emotional, spiritual and mental and is concerned with balancing chakras to heal past, present and even future blockages. |

Tuina is a Chinese acupressure technique. Practiced for thousands of years it uses the same acupoints as traditional acupuncture. Tuina is practiced with the client lying down and wearing shorts and a tee-shirt so that the arms and legs are exposed. |

Reflexology works on the feet and/or hands to promote healing in corresponding parts of the body. It includes a combination of massage and pressure point techniques to effect reflex zones on the body. The body is mapped out on the feet so that by working a particular area you can create blood flow and promote healing on associated areas of the body. |

Life doesn't always go to plan, so if you need to change your appointment time simply contact me on 087 2541067 up to 24 hours in advance and I will do my best to accommodate you. Appointments changed or cancelled with less than 24 hours notice attract a cancellation fee of €15.
